You own the home and land just as you would any real estate.
You can sell your property on the real estate market. Keep in mind the buyer is a special buyer as the property is male only. Historically, properties on the resort gain a higher value quicker than the normal real estate market.
Home costs vary based on size, location, and options. Lots start at $50,000. Our minimum lot size is 1/2 acre.
We do not finance internally.
You can use your own contractor or use one of our recommended contractors. All contractors must have TN licenses.
The current HOA is $475 per month. This includes street maintenance, utility maintenance and resort use fees.
Timberfell is open 365 days a year.
Yes. Our anticipated date for starting this is late-2025.
Yes. Unlike properties (campers) within the resort ,we do allow purchased homes the option for you to rent out your home. The resort will take a percentage and their is a minimum night stay. The resort will manage the reservation.
Maintenance services, lawn care and cleaning services can be provided by Timberfell using our maintenance staff.
